To make IBDP a success, we are seeking talented individuals for the following positions:
Manager – Operations & Business (IBDP):
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- Must hold a degree (16 years of Education) in business administration, finance, or business development studies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise development, or financial management, preferably in the public/private sector with reputable organizations or donor-funded projects.
- Additional Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant experience in capacity building with a focus on enterprise/business development.
- Proven experience in assisting small business owners in developing their businesses.
- Remuneration: PKR 200,000/- All inclusive
Assistant Manager – Operations & Business (IBDP):
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a degree (16 years of education) in business administration, social sciences, or business development studies.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in business development, the social sector, and enterprise development with reputable organizations.
- Remuneration: PKR 120,000/- All inclusive
Business Development and Support Officer (IBDP):
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a degree (16 years of Education) in MBA, social sciences, economics, political science, or development studies.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in business development and marketing, especially with small businesses, including women-owned/managed businesses.
- Remuneration: PKR 100,000/- All inclusive
