Position 1: eCIB Manager (AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – eCIB Wing

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in credit information and/or regulatory reporting.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Excellent business communication, creative, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, VPN Client, and RSA Secured ID Software

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, consolidate, and reconcile region-wise eCIB data.
  • Address borrower complaints related to ECB data.
  • Ensure effective correspondence with regions to resolve complaints and investigate misreporting issues.
  • Handle eCIB SBP billing and compilation.
  • Manage data backup, documentation, system execution, and database-related activities.
  • Provide timely creditworthiness reports (eCIB reports) to different groups/divisions.
  • Extract data for the development of MIS reports.
  • Operate SBP eCIB software efficiently and maintain online connectivity with VPN and RSA software token with SBP.
  • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for eCIB-related activities.

Position 2: Credit Analyst (AVP)

Reporting to: Senior Credit Officer

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in credit processing. Experience in large-scale/public sector organizations is preferred.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Sound knowledge of SME, commercial, and corporate financing.
  • Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze borrower’s financial health by horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and weaknesses in credit proposals.
  • Verify the borrower’s payment status.
  • Assist in analyzing credit proposals and suggesting rectification measures.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to credit requests.
  • Ensure proper structuring of credit facilities and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in internal/external audits.

Position 3: Processing Officer – SBP Returns (OG-II / OG-I)

Reporting to: Unit Head SBP Returns

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in regulatory reporting.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect SBP Returns from field functionaries and relevant groups.
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections.
  • Communicate required rectifications to concerned regions and groups.
  • Maintain data backup and documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for SBP Returns activities.
  • Provide support to other departments and stakeholders as needed.

Position 4: Officer – eCIB and Regulatory Reporting (OG-II/ OG-I)

Reporting to: Wing Head – eCIB Wing

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in credit information and/or regulatory reporting.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Experience with My SQL, FTP utilities, VPN client, and RSA Secured ID software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, check, review, and consolidate region-wise eCIB data.
  • Extract data for the development of MIS reports.
  • Rectify borrower complaints related to ECB data.
  • Ensure data balancing and backup in the eCIB system.
  • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for eCIB-related activities.

Assessment Test/Interview(s):

  • Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for assessments and interviews.

Employment Type:

  • The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of the management.
