Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Candidates for the position of Team Leader should meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:

• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CFA, and/or holder of a Master’s degree in Finance from a top-ranked university recognized/affiliated with HEC.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in any of the following:
• Government departments
• Semi-government organizations
• Corporations
• Autonomous bodies
• Development financial institutions (DFIs)
• Regulatory organizations
• Well-reputed listed public limited companies
• Investment banks
• Corporate finance and financial consultancy firms
• Brokerage houses
• Consultancy practice in any reputable audit firm.

General Conditions & Instructions:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
• A general age relaxation of 5 years has already been included in the prescribed age limit; no further age relaxation will be granted.
• Government/WAPDA jobs employees with 2 years of continuous service on the closing date of application are eligible for 10 years of age relaxation, up to the age of 55.
• Age will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of applications.
• Positions under a lump-sum pay package will not be regularized at any stage.
• Government employees applying for this position must obtain the required permissions.
• Educational degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities/boards, duly verified.
• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• Candidates dismissed or debarred for future employment, or those with incomplete/incorrect information, will not be eligible.
