1. Position: Unit Head IT Compliance Management (AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Wing Head IT Audit Management & Compliance

Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC, are preferred.)

Experience:

Minimum 6 years in IT, with 3 years in IT Audit and/or IT Compliance, preferably in banking.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Expertise in making presentations using various software.
  • Good understanding of regulatory landscape and industry knowledge.
  • Analytical and technical knowledge to identify audit issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of regulations by examining records, reports, and operating practices.
  • Manage audit teams, ensuring progress aligns with planning, scope, budget, and timetable.
  • Analyze IT audit results and implement actions to resolve compliance issues.
  • Design and approve quality procedures, monitor compliance, and escalate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, submit reports, and follow up on compliance matters.

Reporting to: Unit Head-IT Audit Management & Coordination

Minimum Graduation or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISA are also preferred.)

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in IT, with 2 years in IT Audit coordination and/or IT Compliance, preferably in banking.

  • Good understanding of regulatory landscape and industry knowledge.
  • Analytical and technical knowledge to identify audit issues.

Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Relevant certifications preferred (like CISA).)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in IT, with 1 year in IT Audit coordination and/or IT Compliance, preferably in banking.

Experience:

You need at least 3 years of IT experience. You should have 1 year of experience coordinating IT audits and/or IT compliance. Preferably, this experience should be in banking.

Reporting to: Senior IT Service Desk Analyst

Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred. Relevant certifications are appreciated.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk Operations or a related role is required. Experience in banking is preferable.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Understanding of IT Service Management tools.
  • Analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Manage 24/7 service desk operations and implement IT Service Management applications.

Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. Relevant certifications appreciated.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in administration, preferably in banking.

Expertise in any of the following areas: Budgeting, planning, and monitoring; Expense monitoring and control; Strategy and planning; Human Resources Management; Executive coordination; Office Administration; and Procurement and payments processing.
