Overview of PAF Medical Officer Positions
The Pakistan Air Force requires qualified medical and dental professionals to provide healthcare services to air force personnel across the country. Medical officers in the PAF get the rank of Flying Officer and enjoy excellent pay scales plus privileges like free medical care, paid vacations, and subsidized education for children.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

– Up to 35 years old
Age relaxations up to 2 years are admissible in some cases. Both male and female candidates can register.
Registration and Selection Procedure
Online registration for the 132 Combat Support Course opened on 17th December 2023 after ads in national newspapers. The registration deadline is in January 2023. Here are key steps to apply:

3. Appear for written intelligence test at designated PAF I&S centers
4. Clear initial medical examination
5. Attend further special medical tests and interviews
The selection is competitive based on merit and fitness for air force duties. Only passing initial written exams and medicals does not guarantee final selection. The higher your scores and rankings, the better the chances.

- Rejected by ISSB/GHQ/NHQ/AHQ selection boards.
- Twice rejected by ISSB for Post Grad Entry.
- Twice screened out by ISSB.
- Convicted in a Court of Law for any heinous offense.
- Permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board (PUF AMB).
- Dismissed/Removed/Debarred from Government Services, including Armed Forces.
- Gives incomplete, false, or wrongful information.
- Thrice screened out by Army/Navy/Air Force during preliminary selection.
